If I have any questions during my stay, who can I call?

The Guest Information Binder in your vacation rental will have the answers to most of the questions you may have about the home.  Guest may call us toll free at 239-596-5856.  We ask that guests limit any after-hour calls to emergencies only. 

What standard amenities are supplied with the home?

  • Freshly laundered linens on ready made beds
  • Bath Towel sets which include bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths
  • All of our vacation rentals have a stocked kitchen with basic cookware, dinnerware. flatware and serving utensils
  • A starter kit with dish soap, laundry detergent, sponge, paper towels and toilet paper
  • Blender, toaster and coffee maker
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Television/DVD Player 
  • Complimentary WiFi
  • Air conditioning and heating 

What types of extra amenities can I expect?

 We have a wide selection of homes in high amenity communities that often contain resort styles pools, tennis courts and fitness centers.  Email us at [email protected] to find out what community is right for you.

Is daily house keeping service available?

Your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival.  If you need mid-stay or daily housekeeping service, it is available for an additional fee.

How do I make a reservation? Is it secure?

Booking a vacation rental with Naples Away is easy and convenient.  Reservations can be made 24 hours a day online at or by emailing us at [email protected] or calling one of our vacation planners at 239-596-5856

How do I check-in to my vacation rental?

Approximately two weeks prior to arrival, you will receive an email with pre-arrival information.  When you arrive at the property - it will be unlocked with keys and garage opener inside and security personal will have been advised of your arrival.  Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00 am. We need substantial time to clean each home to our very high standards and to make it immaculate to turn the home over for the next guest.  Please adhere to the agreed upon check-out time.  

Can I check in early?

You may call us at 239-653-9227 to ascertain the readiness of your home for an earlier arrival. Occasionally, an early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee.  

How long are minimum stays?

Naples Away focuses on longer stay, monthly and seasonal rentals for 30, 60 and 90 day stays.  We also have select properties that are available for short-term stays. Please email us at [email protected] or call one of our vacation planners at 239-596-5856 for details.      

Are pets allowed?

We do offer a number of Naples Away Vacation homes which are "pet friendly". Pets must be pre-approved at the time of reservation and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged.

What appliances are in your vacation rentals?

Appliances vary by Naples Away vacation rental, but generally most include full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, telephone, television, DVD player, alarm clocks, iron and ironing board. Some of our vacation rentals offer internet facilities as well as games consoles. Please note that not all units are stocked with these appliances.

Do your vacation homes have air conditioning or heat?

Yes, all of our Naples Away vacation rentals have both air conditioning and heating. Many of our homes also have ceiling fans.

Will my vacation home have wireless internet?
All of Naples Away homes come equipped with complimentary WiFi.

Will my vacation home have a washer and dryer?
Yes, all of our vacation rentals have an in home laundry or laundry on the nearby premises.
