This tastefully furnished home features 3 large bedrooms plus separate den and an attached double garage in a gated community with access to pools, lakes and preserves on the Gulf of Mexico. Ideally located only minutes from airports, great shopping and restaurants, and excellent golf courses. The beautiful Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach and Barefoot Beach are only minutes away.

The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bathroom and closets, and a peaceful view of the preserve. The Guest bedrooms share a full bathroom and house twin beds (in one) and a queen bed (in the other). There is also a den with a queen pull out sofa and office space is provided in the guest bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove , dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave and ample equipment for the home chef.  A breakfast nook and bar stools are provided for casual eating and the living area includes a spacious dining room. The laundry room has washer and dryer and there are flat screen TV’s in living room and master bedroom, with wi fi provided. There is a large lanai looking out on to the preserve with ample leisure furniture and BBQ.

Enjoy unlimited use - for a small transfer fee - of the famous Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club that features waterfront clubhouse and pool, cocktail lounge, indoor and outdoor dining, marina, waterfront Tiki bar, eight Har-tru tennis courts, well-equipped fitness center, and a frequent water shuttle to Wiggins Pass beach on the Gulf – with complimentary beach chairs and towels available for use. The club also schedules several social get-togethers each month, many of which feature live entertainment !

BOOKING TIPS.

Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.

Also many Naples Communities require 30 day minimum stays so Calendar month bookings help meet this regulation.
