This first class, spacious 3 bedroom Coach Home is the ideal winter getaway. The second floor condo has a spacious lanai overlooking the lake and a beautifully landscaped garden, and is decorated in a pleasing Provençale style.

The home has been "lightly occupied" and is a restful environment with big, comfy furniture and designer rugs throughout the main rooms.There is a private entrance, with foyer, and a two car garage. The spacious kitchen features a gas stove, "as new" corian counters and a large breakfast nook with table and chairs, and everything you need for cooking your favorite meal. The living and family rooms are spacious with wonderful light, and allow for easy entertaining. TV can be watched in the Family Room without disturbing conversation in the Living Room.

The home will sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and enjoys a view of the lake, with sliding doors that open to the oversized lanai. There are two walk-in closets. The master bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, and a large shower. The second bedroom contains twin beds and has its own full bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed and also has a bathroom. Entertainment is fully provided for with flat screen TV’s in the family room and the master bedroom, and wi fi internet service is in place. Bicycles and swimming accessories are available in the garage for tenant use.

Fiddler’s Creek Resort is an exclusive, gated, upscale, resort style community conveniently located between Naples to the north and west, and Marco Island to the south. Both areas include great dining, exciting entertainment, shopping and access to boating waters and sandy beaches. The community is beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. At the guests’ option, Membership privileges can be extended to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee, irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler’s Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center as well as three swimming pools with waterfalls, slides and a whirlpool spa. There is a casual poolside restaurant and bar overlooking the lake and a more formal restaurant open for dinner and Sunday brunch in the clubhouse. The award winning, Arthur Hills designed Fiddlers Creek 18 hole course has a full pro shop and complete practice facilities and guests also have the choice of the Rookery course. There are eleven tennis courts and and extensive golf and tennis program calendar.

BOOKING TIPS.

Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.

Also many Naples Communities require 30 day minimum stays so Calendar month bookings help meet this regulation.
